Out-of-hours & emergencies
For genuine dental emergencies outside working hours — severe pain, trauma, knocked-out tooth, swelling with fever — WhatsApp the main number. Messages forward to Dr. Saira's on-call phone. For anything life-threatening (spreading facial swelling, difficulty breathing), go directly to Shifa International A&E or PIMS Emergency — don't wait for us.
