Invisalign treatment end-to-end, including the iTero digital scan (no alginate impressions), the virtual treatment plan preview, aligner delivery, and the post-treatment fixed retainer + Vivera clear retainers. Monthly reviews are included. If the case requires refinement aligners at the end, those are included.
Wear each aligner for 20–22 hours a day — only remove for eating, drinking anything other than plain water, and brushing. This is not negotiable; 16 hours a day produces meaningfully worse results and extends the treatment.
Switch to the next stage aligner every 7–10 days as instructed in your plan.
Use the "chewies" at least 3 times a day for 5 minutes — these help the aligners seat properly.
Attend monthly reviews. We will scan you at around the halfway point to assess progress and order refinement aligners if needed.
When you finish active treatment, wear Vivera retainers full-time for 3 months and then nightly for life. Aligner-treated teeth will relapse without retainers more reliably than any other movement.

- Severe ongoing pain (mild pressure-discomfort on day of aligner change is normal)
