Dr. Saira spent ten years in the UK's NHS after completing her MSc in Manchester, working at a teaching hospital in Cheshire and then in private aesthetic practice in Manchester's Deansgate. She returned to Islamabad in 2019 to open SmilePlus because her mother — a teacher at Islamabad Convent — kept asking her when she was coming home.

Dr. Hamza is one of only a handful of Invisalign Diamond providers in Islamabad-Rawalpindi — awarded in early 2025 after cumulatively treating 400+ clear-aligner cases. He joined SmilePlus in late 2021 from a private practice in Bahria Town and now runs our orthodontics caseload four days a week plus Saturday mornings.

Dr. Maham is the dentist you see for everything that isn't a full-mouth aesthetic case or an orthodontic appliance — and she's the one most of our F-7 families see first. She joined SmilePlus as our second dentist in early 2020, fresh from her BDS at Bahria, and completed her paediatric diploma part-time while working here.
