Hira handles the +92 333 844 6200 line. She answers questions about pricing, books appointments, reminds you about your follow-up, and triages emergencies outside surgery hours. She speaks English and Urdu. Median reply time during working hours is 9 minutes.

What Hira can do

Quote transparent prices. For every service, Hira shares the price range the clinic charges — no "we'll tell you when you come in".
Book appointments. Pick a dentist, pick a slot. Hira confirms within minutes. If you're not sure which dentist, she'll suggest based on the procedure.
Triage emergencies. Severe pain, knocked-out tooth, swelling with fever — Hira follows the clinic's emergency protocol, including reimplantation instructions where relevant.
Confirm insurance. Six panel insurers. Hira tells you whether yours is direct-billed or claim-back, and what to bring.
Share aftercare. Post-extraction, post-RCT, post-whitening — she sends the right aftercare note with red-flag symptoms to watch for.
Escalate. For anything clinical she isn't sure about, or anyone who's distressed, she passes you to a dentist — usually within 15 minutes during surgery hours.

What Hira won't do

Diagnose. Hira will not tell you whether you need a root canal, or whether a tooth needs extracting — that requires examination and x-rays.
Prescribe. Hira will not tell you which antibiotic to take or what dose.
Guess prices for custom work. Where treatment depends on case complexity (veneers, orthodontics, implants), you'll get the starting price and the full quote is written after consultation.
Handle billing disputes. Those go to Dr. Maham Qazi, who runs panel billing in-house.
Send marketing. You will not get broadcast messages, promotions, or cross-sell. WhatsApp is for your appointments and your questions only.
