Show card at reception. We bill State Life directly. You pay any amount above the policy ceiling.

Show card + policy number. For RCTs and crowns, we obtain pre-authorisation — usually 24–48hr turnaround. Patient pays the difference, if any, after authorisation.
Basic dental only — scaling, fillings, extractions. No crowns, RCT, or orthodontic work.
Patient pays at reception; we provide a RERA-format receipt for patient to claim.

Show Telenor employee ID. We bill Telenor directly for covered services.
We provide an itemised receipt in the Federal Tax-Authority-compliant format with every invoice. Most private health insurance in Pakistan will accept this for claim reimbursement. Bring your policy number to the consultation and we'll confirm.
